一种高效节能的伺服液压夹紧装置设计

         

摘要

某企业梁式传感器产品测试时,采用的是传统的手动夹紧方式和液压夹紧方式。手动夹紧方式存在工作效率低、劳动强度大等问题;液压夹紧方式存在能量利用率低、易产生污染等问题。随着工业自动化的快速发展,传统的手动、液压、气动夹具日益不能满足现代工业生产的需求,夹具正朝着自动化、智能化、柔性化及高效、节能、环保的方向发展。针对此问题,设计了一种高效、节能、环保的伺服液压夹紧装置,分析了其工作原理和基本结构特征,推出了夹紧力、夹紧速度计算公式。该夹紧装置集伺服、机械、液压技术于一体,功能完善,结构灵活,可实现夹紧力、夹紧速度的自动化、数字化控制,综合效率是传统夹具的2~3倍,节能效果达70%以上,并且无液压泵和开放式油箱。%An enterprise tests beam type sensor products by using the traditional manual clamping method and hydraulic clamping method. The manual clamping way has problems of low efficiency, high labor inten-sity;hydraulic clamping way has problems like low energy utilization rate, easy to produce pollution, etc. With the rapid development of industrial automation, traditional manual, hydraulic and pneumatic fixture cannot meet the requirements of modern industrial production day by day. The fixture is developing toward automation, intelligent, flexibility, efficient, energy-saving and environmental protection. For this problem, we design a high-efficiency, energy-saving and environmental servo-hydraulic clamping device, analyze its working principle and basic structural characteristics, and derive the formula of clamping force and speed. The clamping device integrates technology of servo, machinery and hydraulic pressure. It is of perfect func-tion and flexible structure, and can realize clamping force and speed automatic and digital control;its com-prehensive efficiency is 2-3 times of the traditional fixture, energy-saving effect over 70% and without hy-draulic pump and open oil tank.
