为了解决深孔直线度的高精度检测问题,利用线结构光视觉技术得到能够反映深孔截面形廓与位置的一对椭圆光弧;利用光纤传感技术将激光传送至光学系统并将得到的椭圆光弧图像传送给CCD相机;设计了相配套的自定心、自调节半径的自定心进给机构;针对在实际应用中一对椭圆光弧对不能严格共面问题,提出了利用坐标变换法等知识实现光弧椭圆中心定位。实验证明该检测系统能够满足检测要求,具有一定的理论意义和工程应用价值。%In order to solve the problem of high-precision detection for linearity of deep-hole,based on linear structured light vision technology,get the pair of elliptical light arc of deep hole section that can reflect its shape profile and position;Based on the optical fiber sensing technology transfer the light to the optical sys-tem and also transfer the elliptical arc light′s image to the CCD camera. Designed a feeding device with function of self-centering and self-adjusting radius feed matching with the detection system. To address the problem of two structured-light stripes are not strictly coplanar, put forward a new method to realize ellipti-cal light arc′s central location by using the method of coordinate transformation. The result indicates that the measurement system can meet the testing requirements. Also it is really significant in theory and is valuable in engineering applications.
