基于TRIZ方法的缝纫机正倒缝切换装置创新设计

         

摘要

TRIZ is a specialized method theory for solving the invention problem. It integrates multiple methods and tools for innovative thinking, such as Smart Little People, Conflict Matrix, Substance-field Model, et al. As to the problems of larger noise which appearing in the common using of the sewing shift device for the forward and reverse states, this paper used TRIZ and knowledge base to think and solve crea-tively. And the four key procedures were put into effect step by step according to the process putting forward in this paper. Finally, generating two improved solutions of pasting the gaskets and winding Electromagnetic coils. The result may verify the validity and practicability of TRIZ to solve the engineering innovation prob-lems. And it also can provide the solution support for the further detail design and production of the device.%TRIZ理论是专门用于解决发明创造问题的方法体系,包含小人法、冲突矩阵、物场模型等多个创新问题解决方法及工具.文章针对已有常用缝纫机正倒缝切换装置在应用中出现的噪声较大的问题,利用TRIZ及知识库进行创造性地思考和解决,并按着提出的工程问题创新思考的流程逐步实施,最终设计出粘贴垫片与缠绕电磁线圈两套改进设计方案.研究的结果既验证了TRIZ方法解决工程创新问题的有效性和实用性,也可为进一步的装置详细设计和加工提供方案支持.
