无失效样本信息下的机械运行可靠性评估

     

摘要

In order to solve the problem that the sample is difficult to obtain and the reliability evaluation re-sult is difficult to reflect the personality characteristics of the equipment in the reliability evaluation process of a single mechanical equipment, the operation reliability evaluation of mechanical equipment under the condi-tion of no failure sample is studied. Based on the fault being both the state ( equipment performance and sta-tus) and the process ( fault initiation and expansion) , the operation information of equipment is the key evi-dence to identify whether the equipment is reliable. In order to improve the strength of evidence, the support vector data description is proposed to form the supporting evidence space. In view of the problem of non-failure sample information, a support evidence statistics method is proposed. Finally, the feasibility of the method is verified by the experiment of a bearing failure.%为了解决单台机械设备可靠性评估过程中样本难以获取和可靠性评估结果难以反映设备个性特征的问题,对在无失效样本信息条件下的机械运行可靠性评估进行了研究.基于故障既是状态(设备性能和状况)又是过程(故障萌生和扩展)这一本质属性,提出设备的运行信息是辨别设备是否可靠运行的关键证据;为了提高证据的证据力,提出了一种基于支持向量数据描述方法以形成支持证据空间的方法;针对无失效样本信息的问题,提出了支持证据统计方法.最后利用一个轴承失效实验验证了方法的可行性.
