针对传统FMEA中风险评估因子很难被精确评估以及风险优先顺序数计算中存在的缺陷,提出一种可以考虑模糊语境和失效模式与失效原因关联性的FMEA风险评估方法.该方法综合采用三角模糊数、灰色关联分析和决策试验与评价实验室法对失效模式的风险进行排序,既考虑了风险评估因子的模糊性,又考虑了失效模式和失效原因间的影响关系,使得排序结果更加符合工程实际.最后以W公司的TFL-LCD为例,验证了该方法的有效性.%To solve the problems that the risk assessment factors are difficult to be assessed accurately and there are many defects in the calculation of the risk priority number, an improved FMEA is proposed for considering fuzzy context and the relevance of the failure modes and failure causes. The method combines triangular fuzzy number, grey relational analysis ( GRA) and the decision-making trial and evaluation labo-ratory ( DEMATEL) method. Through considering the fuzzy of the risk assessment factors and the relation-ship of the failure modes and failure causes, this method makes the ranking result more consistent with the practical engineering. Finally, a case study of a thin film transistor liquid crystal display ( TFT-LCD) prod-uct is presented to verify the effectiveness of the proposed method.
