对参数化技术的零件精度变型设计方法进行了研究.根据精度信息生成的基础,得到精度信息尺寸标注位置与零件的几何特征信息直接相关.针对不同类型的精度在零件变型过程中尺寸标注位置不合理的现象,提出了基于变型设计的精度尺寸标注位置调整算法.基于精度标注模型,建立了不同类型的精度尺寸标注位置调整算法,并结合零件的几何特征识别与提取,实现算法对精度信息尺寸标注位置的自动调整.以SolidWorks为开发平台,以Visual C++6.0为开发语言,结合Ac-cess建立的精度数据库,利用SolidWorks API函数对SolidWorks进行二次开发,开发出了精度变型设计系统.并以齿轮箱输出轴验证了该系统进行尺寸标注位置调整方法的可行性.%Parametric Technology parts for precision variant design methods were studied.
