Gcr15单/二次高速切削的切削性能比较

             

摘要

In order to compare the cutting performance of single and two steps cutting,in this article,a coupled thermal-mechanical finite element analysis model for single/secondary high speed cutting of GCr15 was developed by using Abaqus/Explicit 6.14 under the premise of not a preset separation layer.Compare the cutting force,cutting temperature,and machined surface quality during the single and two steps cutting processe,the result shows that the average cutting force,tool maximum temperature and temperature field in the two steps cutting process are less than the single step cutting process,the machined surface quality is better than the result of the single step cutting.The chip formation of the simulation was proved to be accurate comparing to chip formation in the reference article.The results have important significance to guide the real cutting process,help to determine reasonable number of cutting step under the given cutting depth in order to get the optimal cutting results.%为了比较单次和二次切削加工的切削性能,在不预设分离层的前提下,文章采用ABAQUS/Explicit6.14分别建立了GCr15单次和二次高速切削热力耦合有限元模型.对比单次/二次切削过程中的切削力、切削温度、以及已加工表面质量,发现二次切削的第二步切削力、刀具最高温度以及温度域均小于第一步,二次切削工件已加工表面质量略好于单次切削.并将模拟所得切屑形态与文献中实验所得切屑形态进行对比,验证了模拟的准确性.模拟结论对指导实际切削中在给定目标切深下,合理安排走刀次数,以得到最优切削结果具有重要意义.
