基于响应面分析的双主轴龙门铣床横梁截面优化设计

             

摘要

In order to solve the problem which crossbeam of gantry milling machine has excessive safety factor, a method which based on response surface analysis was proposed to optimize shape and size of crossbeam.On beam cross section 11 dimensions are selected to design the Orthogonal Experiment and use the Workbench to finite element analysis;the sensitivity analysis is carried to determine the critical dimensions, a response surface model is established by Matlab;Finally, thought Matlab optimization function to determine the optimal matching values.The results show the cross section area of the beam is reduced by 18.81%, total mass is decreased by 11% , first order frequency is increased by 2.8% and provide a new idea which optimize the cross section structure of beam.%针对传统方法设计的横梁需考虑安全系数致使截面尺寸较大的问题,提出了基于响应面分析方法对双主轴龙门铣床横梁截面形状和尺寸进行优化设计.在优化的截面上选取了11个尺寸进行正交实验设计,运用Workbench进行了有限元分析;通过Matlab进行灵敏度分析,确定了关键尺寸,建立基于响应面的分析的优化数学模型;最后通过Matlab的最优化功能确定了最优化的尺寸匹配值.结果表明:横梁的截面面积减少了18.81%,总质量减少了11%,第一阶频率增加了2.8%,为横梁截面结构尺寸的优化提供一种新思路.
