基于工艺流程图的车间生产管理系统设计与开发

摘要

In order to improve the management level of workshop information, taking mechanical manufac-turing workshop as research object, the characteristics of overall business and process flow were analyzed, the function modules of workshop production management system were clarified, and then the architecture of the system was given. The key technologies of the modeling and design of process flow diagram, process control and production progress monitoring based on the process flow diagram, and check flow and methods of production quality were described in detail. With C#. NET as development platform, the workshop pro-duction management system based on process flow diagram was developed. Through practical application, the system has realized the information management functions with the core of process flow diagram.%为了提高车间的信息化管理水平,以机械制造车间为对象,对车间总体业务与工艺流程的特点进行了分析,划分了车间生产管理系统的功能模块,给出了系统的体系架构组成.详细论述了工艺流程图建模与设计、基于工艺流程图的流程控制和生产进度监控、生产质量检验流程与方法等关键技术.在此基础上,以C#.NET为开发平台,设计并开发了基于工艺流程图的车间生产管理系统.通过实际应用,该系统较好的实现了以工艺流程图为核心的各项信息化管理功能.
