基于RFID的农机WIP跟踪管理系统研究与实现

         

摘要

针对农机制造企业在制品(Work-in-process,WIP)生产过程信息采集时效性差,车间生产计划执行情况无法及时跟踪反馈的问题,在对农机车间生产现状研究分析后,提出了农机在制品生产过程实时信息跟踪反馈策略,通过无线射频识别(Radio Frequency Identification,RFID)车间信息采集方案、可重构BOM结构及在制品物流信息采集模型,实现了农机车间生产计划分解,WIP实时状态跟踪、生产进度查询等功能.研究内容为生产管理部门进行实时生产计划重排,为物资供应中心计算物料需求计划提供了准确的实时反馈数据,最后进行了软件系统的开发,并在某农机企业得到良好的应用.%In view of the low controllability and poor timeliness of production process (Work-in-process, WIP) in agricultural machinery manufacturing enterprises,the production plan implementation in the work-shop can not be timely feedback, after the analysis of the production status of the agricultural machinery workshop,the feedback strategy for the production progress of agricultural machinery is proposed,based on the Internet of things RFID technology and the reconfigurable BOM structure,the logistics information mod-el of WIP is constructed,the model realizes the functions of production plan decomposition,real-time state tracking of WIP and production schedule inquiry in the agricultural machinery workshop. The research con-tent provides accurate feedback data for the production management department to rearrange the real-time production plan,for material supply center to calculate material requirement planning. Finally, through the software system development and the specific application of a agricultural machinery enterprise,the feasibili-ty of the system is verified.
