基于灰色关联度分析的数控机床性能模糊综合评判

     

摘要

How to choose CNC machine tools for their own business from the supplier of CNC machine tools has become the focus of the majority of enterprises or factories concerned. In the choice of CNC machine as the research object,put forward a evaluation scheme of CNC machine tools selection based on grey correla-tion index from the accuracy of CNC machine tools,machining performance,5 aspects reliability indexes of the NC machine tool performance evaluation index system,analysis method to determine the weight of each performance index using the improved gray correlation, fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is adopted to evaluate the performance of NC machine tool and draw the performance evaluation results, to provide a number of CNC machine tools,the supplier is calculated,the calculation results can provide a set of the fea-sibility of reference scheme for CNC machine tool enterprises or factories choose suitable,it can also provide a reliable basis for the improvement of the machine performance.%如何从众多的数控机床供应商中选择适合自己企业的数控机床已成为广大企业或工厂关注的焦点.以数控机床的选择为研究对象,提出一种基于灰色关联度分析的数控机床选择的性能指标评价方案,从数控机床的精度指标、加工性能指标、可靠性指标等5个方面建立数控机床性能指标评价体系,利用改进的灰色关联分析法确定各性能指标的权重,采用模糊综合评判法对数控机床的性能进行评价并得出性能评估结果,以某供应商提供的某种型号的数控机床为例进行计算,其结果可以为企业或者工厂选择适合的的数控机床提供一套可行性参考方案,也可为机床性能的改进或提高提供可靠依据.
