短电弧铣削加工过程中,电参数对加工性能有着显著的影响,为了获得较好的工件表面质量、降低电极损耗以及提高加工效率,进行了电参数单因素实验研究,并对其进行分析.实验结果表明:相同加工条件下,随着占空比的增大,加工效率明显提升,但伴随着工件表面粗糙度值也相应变大;相对工具电极损耗与脉冲电压的变化息息相关,适当降低电压值可以减少电极损耗.%Short arc milling process, electrical parameters have a significant impact on the processing per-formance,in order to obtain better surface quality, reduce the electrode loss and improve processing effi-ciency,the electrical parameters of single factor experiment,and carries on the analysis. The experimental results show that under the same machining condition, with the increase of duty ratio, the processing effi-ciency improved significantly,but with the surface roughness increases; the relative tool electrode loss and the change of pulse voltage is closely related, appropriate to reduce the voltage value can reduce the elec-trode loss.
