安神益心液制备工艺的优化

     

摘要

目的:优化安神益心液的制备工艺,提高其质量,改善其稳定性.方法:以各有效成分转移率及干膏收率为指标,选用L9(34)正交试验,考察加水量、煎煮时间、煎煮次数对提取效率的影响,结合评分方式,确定黄芪、白芍及五味子共提步骤的最佳工艺.改变加醇顺序,并以各有效成分的转移率及干浸膏收率为指标,结合评分方法,筛选最佳的醇沉浓度.结果:黄芪、白芍及五味子共提步骤的最佳工艺为:取处方量的黄芪、白芍及五味子药材,加10倍量的水煎煮3次,每次1.5 h,最佳的醇沉浓度为70%.结论:新工艺合理可行,弥补了原工艺的不足,提高了制剂质量,改善了制剂的稳定性,延长了制剂有效期.%This study was aimed to optimize preparation technology of An-Shen-Yi-Xin Oral Liquid in order to improve its quality and stability. The extraction process of Astragali Radix, Paeoniae Radix Alba and Schisandrae Chi-nensis Fructus was studied by orthogonal design L9 (34). The transfer rate of active ingredient and the powdered extract yield was used as indexes to select the best extraction technology. The effect of water amount, preparation duration and preparation times were investigated. The optimal alcohol sedimentation concentration was selected by investigating the transfer rate of active substance and the powdered extract yield. The results showed that the optimal extractive condition was to take Astragali Radix, Paeoniae Radix Alba and Schisandrae Chinensis Fructus according to prescription, and cook for 3 times in 10 times water for 1.5 hours at each time. The optimal alcohol sedimentation concentration was 70%. It is concluded that the new preparation process is stable and feasible. And it makes up some drawbacks of the original preparation technology. It also improves the quality and stability of the preparation.
