健康城市的道路网体系应当是“有机、活力、生态、宜人、公平、安全”的。文章从健康城市理念出发，探讨了城市快速路网、干路网和支路网3个不同功能等级路网的功能、布局、机理、密度、尺度、断面、路权等技术要领。%Healthy urban road network system should be"organic, energy, ecology, pleasant, fair and safe".
