云南电网防范自然灾害风险预警系统设计

摘要

为了防范自然灾害对云南电网所产生的危害，研究团队在收集处理了很多数据之后，建立了自然灾害防范的模型，并根据受灾模型、风险评估模型等，建立数据库．结合GIS软件设计出风险预警系统，本文从重大地质灾害风险点的监测预警解决方案、基于气象降雨量的地质灾害预警解决方案、软件系统功能模块、软件系统特点等方面进行分析与设计。%The layer of empty area with metal layer, and through holes to ground; the second layer can be distributed data lines, to be used for communication interface internal data transmission lines are arranged in this layer; the third layers of cloth supply line; fourth layer as a ground plane.
