釜式淤浆法HDPE产品开发现状及展望

摘要

结合国内高密度聚乙烯(HDPE)产品的需求结构与区域消费结构分析了釜式淤浆法HDPE产品现状,进而展望了HDPE产品开发方向.建议提高现有产品质量、进一步扩大市场;发挥区域优势、开发氯化聚乙烯专用料和交联聚乙烯专用料等高附加值产品;结合装置特点开发中空料、管材料、高强度薄膜料等双峰聚乙烯产品.%The status of kettle-type slurry HDPE product is analyzed combined with domestic demand struture and region consumption struture. Further, development direction of HDPE product is proposed. It is suggested that quality of existing products should be upgraded to extend market, region advantage should be exerted and high profit margin product such as speciality resins for chlorinated and crosslinking polyethylene should be developed, bimodal polyethylene resin such as speciality resins for hollow blowing,pipe,high strength film should be developed on the basis of device characteristic.
