MWNT-g-PBA的制备及对PVC的改性

             

摘要

Polybutyl acrylate (PBA) was grafted onto the surfaces of multiwalled carbon nanotubes (MWNT) via atom transfer radical polymerization (ATRP), and MWNT-g-PBA was obtained.The MWNT-g-PBA was applied to modify polyvinyl chloride (PVC).Analy sis results of FTIR spectra and transmission electron microscopy (TEM) indicate that PBA is grafted onto the surfaces of MWNT successfully.Then PVC/MWNT-g-PBA composites were prepared by melt blending method.The mechanical properties and thermal resistance of the composites were investigated, respectively.The results show that the tensile strength and impact strength of the composites are greatly enhanced by blending PVC and MWNT-g PBA.Moreover, MWNT-g-PBA has little effect on the heat resistance of PVC.%采用原子转移自由基聚合(ATRP)方法在多壁碳纳米管(MWNT)表面接枝聚丙烯酸丁酯(PBA),制备得到PBA接枝MWNT(MWNT-g-PBA),并以此对聚氯乙烯(PVC)进行改性.红外光谱(FTIR)及透射电子显微镜(TEM)分析结果表明,采用ATRP法成功地将PBA接枝到MWNT的表面,采用熔融共混法制备了PVC/MWNT-g-PISA复合材料,对其力学性能和耐热性能进行了研究.结果表明,MWNT-g-PBA可以显著提高复合材料的拉伸强度和冲击强度,同时复合材料的耐热性能并未受到较大影响.
