耐高温阻燃电缆料的研究

         

摘要

The high-temperature resistance insulation material was prepared with HDPE ,EPDM,high-temperature resistance resin and halogen-free flame retardant.The high-temperature resistance, the tensile strength, and flame retardancy of the blending system are improved by peroxide crosslinking.For instance, the thermal-endurance temperature is above 150 ℃ , and oxygen index is above 31%.The effects of the flame retardant agent addition on the mechanical properties, flame-retardancy.electrical properties and high-temperature resistance of the blending system were researched.The results show that the mechanical properties of the blending system are significantly reduced, and the volume resistivity is reduced to a certain extent, the flame retardancy and thermal endurance properties are improved.The addition of high-temperature resistance resin and crosslinking can improve the flame retardancy and thermal endurance properties.%用高密度聚乙烯(HDPE)、三元乙丙橡胶(EPDM),耐高温树脂和无卤阻燃剂制备耐高温的绝缘材料.该共混体系经过氧化物交联后,其耐高温性能大大提高,且拉伸强度和阻燃性能都有所提高,可在150℃下长期使用,氧指数达到31%以上.研究了阻燃剂的加入对共混体系的力学性能、阻燃性能、电性能及耐高温性能的影响.结果表明:阻燃剂的加入,大幅度降低了共混体系的机械性能一定程度上降低了共混体系的体积电阻率,改善了共混体系的阻燃性能和热老化性能.耐高温树脂的加入和交联对体系的热老化和阻燃性能有很大的贡献.
