洗衣机盛水桶注塑工艺CAE分析

摘要

Moldflow Plastics Insight software was used to stimulate injection molding process of water tub in washing machine. The optimized process parameter that is mold temperature of 25 ℃,melt temperature of 240 ℃ , injection pressure of 48 MPa, holding pressure of 38.4 MPa,inection time of 10 s, holding time of 33 s,cooling time of 22 s, is gained. And this result is identified by practice.%利用Moldflow Plastics Insight软件对洗衣机盛水桶的成型工艺条件进行了优化,得出优化的注射工艺条件为:模具温度60℃,熔体温度240℃,注射压力48 MPa,保压压力38.4 MPa,注射时间10 s,保压时间33 s,冷却时间为22 s.该优化分析结果得到很好的实践验证.
