不同分子结构SBS的热降解行为研究

         

摘要

采用热重分析法研究3种不同分子结构的苯乙烯-丁二烯-苯乙烯三嵌段共聚物(SBS)热降解行为.结果表明3种SBS的热降解过程都分为2个阶段,且星型结构4402的热降解温度最低.利用Kissinger和Flynn-Wall-Ozawa方法对SBS的热降解动力学进行研究,发现3种SBS的热降解活化能由大到小依次为1401,1301,4402.%The thermal degradation behavior of three kinds of styrene-butadiene-styrene triblock copolymer (SBS) with different molecular structure was studied by thermogravimetry. The results show that the thermal degradation process of the three kinds of SBS is divided into two steps, and 4402 with star structure has the lowest thermal degradation temperature. The thermal degradation kinetics of SBS was investigated by Kissinger and Flynn-Wall-Ozawa methods. It is found that the order from big to small of the thermal degradation activation energies of the three kinds of SBS are 1401,1301,4402.
