全电动超高速注射成型工艺及装备

摘要

阐述了全电动注射成型技术的研究进展,重点介绍全电动超高速注射成型技术的研究现状.结果认为,高速、高效、节能成为了精密注射成型技术的主要发展方向；全电动超高速注射成型具有高速、高压和快速响应等特点,成型制品具有很高的尺寸重复精度和成型效率.%The research developments of all-electric injection molding technology were described. The recent development of all-electric ultra high speed injection molding technology were briefly introduced. The results indicate that high speed, high efficiency,energy conservation have become the major trends of precision injection molding technology. All-electric ultra high speed injection molding with high speed, high pressure and rapid response characteristics, the size of molding products have high repeat accuracy and forming efficiency.
