油缸式自动脱螺纹碳粉瓶盖注塑模具设计

         

摘要

The structure of the carbon powder bottle cap is analyzed. In order to a-chieve automatic demoulding, the injection mould with automatic removing of screw thread is designed by means of hydraulic gear transmission mechanism. The oil cylinder drives the gear rack, which delivers the driving force to the core. Thus the demoulding is finished by the rotation of the core. As the rack is located outside of the mold, it is connected to the mold by cylinder fixing plate, the length of the rack is not limited by the mold thickness, as a result, the mould is compact in construction.%通过分析碳粉瓶盖制品的结构,为实现自动脱模,设计了液压传动齿轮脱螺纹机构,利用油缸带动齿条等零件将动力传递给型芯,使之旋转完成脱模动作.齿条设置在模架外,油缸固定板与模架相连,齿条长度不受模具厚度限制,简化了模具结构.
