DB-AO对POE/POE-g-MAH复合材料性能的影响

     

摘要

POE/POE-g-MAH/DB-AO composites were prepared via melt-mixing technology.The influences of DB-AO on properties of POE/POE-g-MAH composites were studied.The results show that DB-AO delays the matrix decomposition,and the thermal stability of the composites significantly reduces; the composites reach FV-0 level when the content of DB-AO is 15%; the heat release rate and the mass loss rate of the composites differently decrease with the increase of DB-AO content;the suitable DB-AO content is beneficial to improve the mechanical properties of the composites.%采用熔融共混方法制备乙烯-辛烯共聚物(POE)/马来酸酐接枝POE(POE-g-MAH)/十溴二苯醚-三氧化二锑(DB-AO)复合材料,研究DB-AO对POE/POE-g-MAH复合材料性能的影响.结果表明:DB-AO延缓基体的分解,复合材料表观热稳定性降低;DB-AO质量分数为15%时,复合材料阻燃级别达到FV-0级;随着DB-AO含量的增加,复合材料的热释放速率和质量损失速率有不同程度的下降;合适的DB-AO加入量有利于复合材料力学性能的提高.
