灯体注射成型中熔接痕的预测与对策

摘要

为了控制灯体的熔接痕,对灯体出现熔接痕的情况进行预测,对熔接痕形成机理和熔接痕危害进行了阐述.提出了熔接痕直观的判断方法,通过模具上排气设置、调整材料熔体流动速率和工艺调整等,对防止或解决熔接痕的问题起到了很好的效果.结果表明,预测与对策实施可行,产品合格率从过去的92％提高到98％以上,报废率下降.%In order to control the weld line of lamp shell,the emergence of the weld line was predicted.The welding scar formation mechanism was searched.The harm of weld line was illustrated.An intuitive judgment method of weld line was put forward.Through setting the mold upward exhaust,adjusting the melting flow rate and process,the problem of weld line could be solved effectively.The results show that the foreacast and implementation of feasible countermeasures,products qualified rate increases from 92％ to 98％ above.The scrap rate drops.
