无卤膨胀阻燃高密度聚乙烯的研究

             

摘要

使用阻燃剂(ANTI-10)与高密度 HDPE(HDPE)制备了无卤膨胀阻燃 HDPE。通过力学性能、热重分析仪、氧指数和扫描电镜(SEM)对阻燃 HDPE 进行了表征。结果表明:随着阻燃剂添加量的增加,改性 HDPE 的拉伸强度、断裂伸长率和冲击强度总体呈现下降的趋势;其实际热分解曲线和理论热分解曲线可以比较好的重合;阻燃剂在 HDPE 中具有优异的阻燃性能,和纯 HDPE 相比,经过阻燃改性后,当添加阻燃剂质量分数30%时,改性 HDPE 总热释放量(THR)降低了23.22%,热释放峰值(PHRR)降低了50.19%;当添加阻燃剂质量分数25%时,改性 HDPE 垂直燃烧级数达到 V-0级,通过 SEM 观察发现此时炭层完整、致密。%Halogen-free intumescent flame retardant high density polyethylene(HDPE) was prepared by flame retardant(ANTI-10).The flame retardant HDPE was characterized by means of mechanical properties,thermogravimetry,oxygen index and SEM.The re-sults show that the tensile strength,elongation at break and impact strength of the modi-fied HDPE decrease generally with the increasing of the added amount of the flame re-tardant.The theoretical TG curves could match the TG curves of the samples.ANTI-10 has excellent flame retardant properties in HDPE.Compared to the pure HDPE, THR and PHRR of the modified HDPE decrease 23.22% and 50.1 9% respectively when the mass fraction of the flame retardant is 30%.The vertical burning specimen of modified HDPE reaches V-0 series when the mass fraction of the flame retardant is 25%,and SEM observation can show that the carbon layer is complete and dense.
