无卤阻燃和永久抗静电 PA6复合材料的制备与研究

     

摘要

以二乙基次磷酸铝(ALPi)为阻燃剂,炭黑(CB)为抗静电剂,自制的乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物(EVA)母粒为增韧剂,聚酰胺6(PA6)为基体,通过熔融共混制备了无卤阻燃和永久抗静电 PA6复合材料。研究了上述助剂对复合材料阻燃性能、抗静电性能及热降解动力学的影响。结果表明:当阻燃剂为15份时复合材料的氧指数达到31%;加入增韧剂 EVA 和 CB 后复合材料的电阻值下降8个数量级,EVA 的加入有利于 CB 在复合材料中形成导电通路;阻燃剂的加入使材料的热降解过程减缓。%The halogen-free flame retardant and permanently antistatic polyamide 6 (PA6)composites were prepared through melt blending using PA6 as matrix resin,alu-minium diethylphosphinate(ALPi)as flame retardant agent,carbon black(CB)as antistatic agent and self-made ethylene vinyl acetate(EVA)as toughener.The effects of ALPi,CB, EVA masterbatch on the flame retardancy,antistatic properties and thermal degradation ki-netics of composites were investigated.The results show that the limiting oxygen index of composites is 31% when 15 phr ALPi is added.Resistance value is decreased 8 orders of magnitude in the presence of EVA and CB.The addition of EVA is beneficial to the for-mation of conductive pathway for CB in composite materials.The flame retardant agent is added to make the process of thermal degradation of materials slow.
