β-Crystalline-specified polypropylene (β-PP) resin were synthesized based on complex catalysts with spherical morphology in industrial loop reactor.The influence of catalyst morphology on the structure and properties of resultant polymers was investigated.The results were compared with the properties of β-crystalline-specified PP derived from similarly spherical complex catalyst.It was revealed that the polymer from spherical catalysts possessed uniformly distributed β-PP and good particle morphology as well.The impact strength (at ambient temperature) of this PP resin was remarkably promoted compared with that ofβ-crystalline-specified PP from similarly spherical catalyst and β-PP prepared by melt blending.%利用一种球形复合催化剂体系,通过环管聚合工艺直接生产出了具有β晶型的聚丙烯树脂,并与类球形复合催化剂体系所得聚合物进行对比,研究了催化剂形貌对β-晶型聚丙烯树脂结构和性能的影响.结果表明,利用球形催化剂体系所得聚合物β晶分布更为均匀,且聚合物具有良好的球形形态;这种β晶型聚丙烯树脂的室温冲击性能显著优于类球形催化剂所得树脂的,亦明显优于熔融共混方法制备的β晶型聚丙烯树脂.
