赤泥填充改性聚丙烯的研究

     

摘要

Red mud was modified with wet method by stearic acid,aluminate acid ester and titanate acid ester.Then it was blended with polypropylene (PP).The effects of the type of coupling agent and contents of RM on mechanical properties,crystallization and melting behaviors,and thermal stability of PP were studied.The results show that,when the content of RM modified by titanate acid ester is 20 phr,the comprehensive properties of PP/RM composite are superior,and its tensile strength and notched impact strength are higher than those of neat PP by 15.8% and 42.1%,respectively.RM can play the role of heterogeneous nucleation,promoting the generation of beta crystal type of PP,and increase crystallization temperature,melting temperature and crystallinity of PP.Moreover,the thermal stability of PP is improved because of red mud.%采用湿法表面处理得到经硬脂酸、铝酸酯偶联剂、钛酸酯偶联剂改性后的赤泥(RM),再用RM对聚丙烯(PP)进行共混改性,研究了表面处理剂种类及RM填充量对PP/RM复合材料的力学性能、结晶与熔融行为及热稳定性的影响.结果表明,当经钛酸酯偶联剂处理的RM填充量为20份时,PP/RM复合材料的综合性能最好,其拉伸强度与缺口冲击强度较纯PP分别提高了15.8%与42.1%.RM具有异相成核作用,提高了PP的结晶温度、熔点与结晶度,并促进β晶型的形成.RM的添加还提高了PP的热稳定性.
