高透明聚氯乙烯树脂的小试开发

     

摘要

利用红外光谱(FTIR)和扫描电子显微镜(SEM)对聚氯乙烯(PVC)树脂的结构与性能进行了研究。结果表明:该树脂中双键随老化时间的延长而增加;PVC树脂的双键相对含量高,树脂的白度(160℃,10 min)低;大颗粒 PVC树脂老化后的白度低,“鱼眼”多。在此基础上,通过在聚合体系中加入抗鱼眼剂及复合稳定剂的工艺方法,在小试装置上开发出了老化白度高,“鱼眼”少的高透明PVC树脂。%The structure and properties of polyvinyl chloride(PVC)resins were studied by FTIR and SEM.The results show that double bounds in PVC resins increase with the prolongation of the thermal aging time,and high content of double bounds in PVC resins could cause low whiteness of the resins under conditions of 160 ℃ and 10 min.PVC res-ins containing larger particle size resulte in lower whiteness and more fish-eyes.Basing on the above description, high transparent PVC resins with higher whiteness and less fish-eyes are developed in laboratory equipment by adding anti-fish-eye agent and com-posite stabilizers in course of suspension polymerization.
