石墨对E VA阻燃性能的影响

     

摘要

采用氧化法制备氧化石墨(GO),通过哈克密炼机分别将阻燃剂膨胀石墨(EG)、天然石墨(NG)或 GO 和乙烯-醋酸乙烯酯共聚物(EVA)进行熔融共混,制备阻燃 EVA/EG,EVA/NG,EVA/GO 复合材料,并通过锥形量热仪研究其阻燃性能。结果表明:石墨阻燃的EVA复合材料热释放速率峰值(PHRR)、总热释放(THR)、生烟速率(SPR)、总生烟量(TSR)降低,火灾性能指数、点燃时间及燃烧残渣增加,阻燃性和抑烟性显著提高。其中,EVA/EG复合材料的阻燃提高最明显。%The graphite oxide(GO)was prepared by oxidation method.The flame re-tardant expanded graphite (EG),natural graphite (NG) or GO were melt-blended with ethylene-vinyl acetate(EVA)to prepare the flame retarded EVA/EG,EVA/NG,EVA/GO composites by Huck mixer,respectively.The properties of the composites were studied by cone calorimeter.The results show that PHRR,THR,SPR and TSR of EVA composites decrease, and the fire performance index, ignition time and burning residue increase, which reveals that its flame retardant and smoke suppressing are both improved.Among them,the flame retardation of EVA/EG composites is the most obvious.
