基于灰色关联理论的汽车门锁注塑工艺优化

     

摘要

以汽车门锁为研究对象,运用正交试验法结合Moldflow模拟分析软件,以减少成型过程中的翘曲变形量和体积收缩率为目标函数,选取冷却时间、熔体温度、模具温度、保压时间、保压压力这5个因素为主要试验因素,利用灰色关联系统理论,建立了参数与塑件质量的灰色关联度模型,获得最优的注塑参数组合,将最优工艺参数应用到实际生产中,得到了符合要求的合格产品.%Taking the car door locks as research object ,orthogonal optimization experi-ment and simulation analysis software Moldflow were adapted to reduce the amount of warpage and the volume shrinkage during the forming process . The cooling time ,melt temperature , mold temperature and pack pressure as well as pack time were selected as the main factors , then the grey relation model between injection parameters and quality of plastic product was built by using grey relation theory . The optimal combination pa-rameters were obtained , and the qualified products were obtained after optimal combina-tion parameters were applied to the practical production .
