激光烧结快速成型用聚酯微球的制备研究

     

摘要

The particle size distribution and morphology of the microspheres prepared by the methods of solvent precipitation ,temperature-controlled dissolution and evaporation solvent respectively were studied and polyether modified polyester (PES ) powder was used as raw material . The micro-morphology and macro accumulation state of micro-spheres under different conditions were analyzed by SEM and bulk density tester ,and the effect of different post-processing methods on the post treatment of microspheres was an-alyzed by TG . The results show that the spherical and uniform particle size of polymer microspheres can be prepared by solvent precipitation method and solvent evaporation method . The microspheres prepared by solvent evaporation method would be smoother and the size of the microspheres was limited by the powder size by phase temperature dissolution method ,which would lead poor spherical degree .In addition ,the bulk density of the microspheres can reach 0 .713 g/cm3 by the solvent evaporation method , w hile the stacking angle is only 37 .3° .Compareing the three different post-processing methods at the same time ,the Soxhlet extraction has a better effect .%以聚醚改性聚酯(PES)粉末为原料,探讨了溶剂沉淀法、阶段控温溶解法和溶剂蒸发法3种工艺所得微球的粒径分布及形貌特性.通过扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、堆积密度测试仪,分析了不同工艺条件下微球的微观形态和宏观堆积状态,并利用热重分析(T G)考察了不同除杂方法对微球后处理的影响.结果表明,通过溶剂沉淀法和溶剂蒸发法可以制备出球形度较高、粒径均匀可控的聚合物微球;其中蒸发溶剂法所得微球更光滑;阶段控温溶解法所得微球粒径受粉末粒径限制,球形度相对较差.通过蒸发溶剂法得到的微球堆积密度可以达到0.713 g/cm 3,而堆积角仅有37.3°.对比了3种不同后处理方法,其中通过索氏提取法处理的样品具有更好的效果.
