对乙烯-醋酸乙烯酯(EVA)增韧聚丙烯(PP)共混物在熔融挤出过程中施加一定超声功率,研究超声功率对PP/EVA共混体系微观形貌、力学性能及结晶性能的影响.结果表明:随着超声功率的增大,分散相EVA在PP基体中的尺寸逐渐减小,超声的加入提高了EVA在PP中的分散性;另外,随着超声功率的增大,PP/EVA共混体系的缺口冲击强度先增大后降低;超声的加入提高了共混体系的结晶度.%Using ultrasonic devices to deal the PP / EVA blends during the melt ex-trusion process , the effects of ultrasound intensity on the microstructures , mechanical properties and crystallization properties of PP/EVA blend were studied . The results showed that EVA dispersion size decreased with the increasing of ultrasound intensity ,and the adding of ultrasonic can improve the dispersion of EVA in the PP matrix .The not-ched impact strength of the PP/EVA blends increased first and then decreased with the in-creasing of ultrasound intensity . The addition of ultrasonic improved the crystallinity of the blend system .
