以壳聚糖为接枝主链,丙烯酸、膨润土和丙烯酰胺为接枝单体,共聚合成抗菌型四元共聚高吸水性树脂,通过正交试验设计优化出最佳吸水倍率的工艺条件为(原料用量是指占丙烯酸用量的质量百分比):0.90%引发剂,5%壳聚糖,60%中和度,反应温度为80℃,10%的膨润土用量,50%丙烯酰胺用量和0.05%的交联剂用量,该树脂吸水倍率为573.50%.重复吸水性能和抗菌性能测试表明,该树脂有较好的重复利用能力及一定的抗菌性能.%Through grafted chitosan with graft copolymer of acrylic acid ,amargosite and acrylamide as grafting monomer , the antibacterial-type quaternary-copolymer superabsor-bent resin was synthesized by graft polymerization . The optimized reaction condition for best water absorption rate is 0 .90% initiator , 5% chitosan , 60% neutralization degree , 80 ℃ reaction temperature ,10% amargosite ,50% acrylamide and 0 .05% cross-linking a-gent .Among them ,the amount of raw material refers to the percentage of the amount of a-crylic acid . The water-absorption rate of high water absorbent resin was 573 .50% . Re-peated water absorption test shows that the quaternary-copolymer resin has good repeat water absorbing capacity .At the same time ,antibacterial test also shows that the quater-nary-copolymer resin has good antibacterial property .
