低气味低VOC聚乙烯/滑石粉共混物的研究

摘要

PE/talcum powder blends were prepared by melt blending.The effects of talcum powder,extracting agent and adsorbent on mechanical properties,odor and VOC of the PE/powder blends were investigated.The results show that with the increase con-tent of talcum powder,adsorbent,and extracting agent,odor and VOC of the PE/talcum powder blends decrease,while the increase content of adsorbent and extracting agent has little effect on the mechanical properties.In addition,with increasing the content of the adsorbent,the moisture absorption ability of the PE/talcum powder blends increaeses. When the content of adsorbent and extracting agent is 0.5% and 1.0% respectively,com-prehensive performance of the PE/powder blends is best.%采用熔融共混法制备了聚乙烯(PE)/滑石粉共混物,考察了滑石粉、吸附剂和萃取剂对PE/滑石粉共混物力学性能、气味和挥发性有机物化合物(VOC)的影响.结果表明:随着滑石粉、吸附剂和萃取剂的用量增加,PE/滑石粉共混物的气味和VOC随之降低,而吸附剂和萃取剂的用量增加对力学性能的影响不大;另外,吸附剂含量的增加,PE/滑石粉共混物的吸湿性会随之增强;当吸附剂和萃取剂质量分数分别为0.5%,1.0%时,PE/滑石粉共混物综合性能最佳.
