LLDPE/HDPE/MWCNTs导电薄膜的制备及表征

         

摘要

The LLDPE/HDPE/MWCNTs composite membranes were prepared by hot compression molding and ultrasonic dispersion,using LLDPE as raw material,HDPE and MWCNTs as modifiers.The structural,mechanical and electrical properties of the composite membranes were characterized by means of electrical conductivity measurements,tensile tests,SEM,DSC and XRD.The results show that,compared with LLDPE,the tensile strength and yield strength of LLDPE/HDPE/MWCNTs composite membrane are improved obviously;and MWCNTs are uniformly dispersed on the surface of the composite film to form a conductive network structure,which undoubtedly improves the electrical properties of the LLDPE/HDPE/MWCNTs films.%以线性低密度聚乙烯(LLDPE)为原料,利用高密度聚乙烯(HDPE)和多壁碳纳米管(MWCNTs)为改性剂,通过热压成型和超声分散的方法制备了LLDPE/HDPE/MWCNTs复合薄膜.采用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、差示扫描量热仪(DSC)、X-射线衍射(XRD)、拉伸性能和导电性能等测试手段,考察了LLDPE/HDPE/MWCNTs复合薄膜的结构、力学性能和导电性能.结果表明:与纯LLDPE相比,LLDPE/HDPE/MWCNTs复合薄膜的拉伸强度和屈服强度均提高;MWCNTs均匀分布在LLDPE/HDPE复合薄膜的表面,形成导电网络结构,有利于LLDPE/HDPE/MWCNTs复合薄膜导电性能的提高.
