以公称外径50 mm(dn50)的聚氯乙烯(PVC)与聚乙烯(PE)管材为例,使用自主设计的新型弧形拉伸试验夹具和普通夹具进行拉伸试验.对比发现:两种夹具所得试验结果精密度一致,结果无显著差异.在保证检测结果准确性的前提下,新型弧形夹具能有效解决小管径PE管材拉伸过程中曲线抖动和试样滑脱的问题,同时省去小管径PVC管材的加热压平过程,大大缩短制样时间,节约成本.%Taking PVC and PE pipes with nominal external diameter of 50 mm (dn50)as examples,the tensile tests were carried out by using self-designed new arc ten-sile test fixture and ordinary fixture.The two results have no significantly difference and the precision is consistent by comparing two tensile test results.On the premise of exper-imental result accuracy,the new arc-shaped tensile fixture can effectively solve the prob-lem of curve jitter and sample slippage in the drawing process of small diameter PE pipes.Meanwhile,the heating and pressing process of small diameter PVC pipes are o-mitted,which greatly shortens the sample preparation time and saves the cost.
