数据链装备作战效能评估方法研究

摘要

基于模糊评估和层次分析方法，通过建立数据链装备的评价指标体系和测试的每项指标具体数值，以递推算法给出装备每一层战术性能的评估值，按最大隶属度原则评定装备的优劣等级。该方法为评估数据链装备综合作战效能提供了一种较为科学可行的手段。%Based on fuzzy evaluation method and analytic hierarchy process method, an evaluation index system for data link is established and each of the indexes is tested, by which recursive algorithm is used to provide the evaluation data of every level of tactical capability. Whether the data link is seen as superior to the other is evaluated according to the principle of maximum-degree of membership. It is used as a scientifically feasible way of evaluating operation capability of data link.
