悬浮式干选机在冀东某磁铁矿的应用与改造

         

摘要

After the completion of the third phase mining project of a magnetite ore in eastern Hebei Province,the original mineral processing system appears the problem of production capacity mismatch.It could be solved by improve the working efficiency of drying tailing discarding.After using suspension type dry process to replace the original magnetic pulley dry process on fine crush products,the trailings rate increased by 3 percentage points,and dry process concentrate grade increased obviously,achieved the "multi throw less grinding"aim.For the problems of high intensity magnetic ore or ore blocks is easy to y to cause the belt to scratch,affects the work rate,non -metallic materials swash plate with non mag-netism was installed on the belt surface,ensure the smooth running of the belt equipment materials,im-prove the operating rate of equipment,and ensure the normal production.%冀东某磁铁矿三期采矿工程建成后,原选矿系统出现了生产能力不匹配的问题,研究发现,改善细碎产品干抛效率可有效解决此问题。该矿采用悬浮式干选工艺替代原细碎产品磁滑轮干选工艺,抛尾产率提高约3个百分点,干选精矿品位也有明显提高,实现了多抛少磨的目标;对强磁性矿物或铁块易划伤皮带、影响作业率的问题,现场在给矿皮带表面装置了不导磁硬质非金属材料挡板,从而保证了皮带运转的通畅,提高了设备的作业率,保证了生产的正常进行。
