乙黄药自然降解的影响试验

         

摘要

Xanthate will effluent with ore dressing wastewater and results in chemical pollution on environment when it was inadequate degradation.To explore the natural degradation rule of ethyl xan-thate,using ultraviolet spectrum method,the effects of water quality in solution,initial concentration of ethyl xanthate,purity of ethyl xanthate,and iron ore adsorption at different content of pyrite on ethyl xan-thate on natural degradation of ethyl xanthate was investigated.The results indicates that ①quality of wa-ter has less effect on natural degradation of ethyl xanthate,the degradation law of ethyl xanthate in deion-ized water and tap water are basically identical;②initial concentration of ethyl xanthate has great influ-ence on its natural degradation,the higher initial concentration of xanthate,the longer required time of degraded completely;③ethyl xanthate with different concentrations on analysis pure or industrial pure have similar degradation rule,industrial pure ethyl xanthate has higher degradation rate than analysis pure;④the adsorption of iron ore on ethyl xanthate can promote its natural degradation,the natural deg-radation rate of ethyl xanthate can be significantly improved after being adsorption by iron ore with higher content of pyrite.Test result to find out the natural degradation rule of ethyl xanthate plays an important role,which can give reference to increase the rate of the degradation of xanthate.Test results have impor-tant role in finding the rule of ethyl xanthate natural degradation,and can provide reference on increase degradation rate of ethyl xanthate.%黄药降解不充分会随选矿废水外排对环境造成化学污染。为探究乙黄药的自然降解规律,采用紫外光谱检测法,进行了溶剂水质、乙黄药初始浓度、纯度、不同黄铁矿含量的铁矿石的吸附作用对乙黄药自然降解的影响试验。结果表明:①水质对乙黄药的自然降解影响较小,乙黄药在去离子水和自来水中自然降解的规律基本一致;②初始浓度对乙黄药自然降解影响较大,初始浓度越高,降解速率越慢,降解完全所需时间越长;③不同浓度的分析纯、工业纯乙黄药的降解规律相似,工业纯乙黄药的自然降解速率高于分析纯;④铁矿石对乙黄药的吸附可促进其自然降解,且经黄铁矿含量较高的铁矿石吸附后,乙黄药的自然降解速率较高。试验结果对于查明乙黄药的自然降解规律具有重要作用,可为提高黄药的降解率提供参考。
