某难选高磁黄铁矿型铅锌矿浮选试验

         

摘要

为高效综合回收利用某含碳高硫铅锌复杂多金属矿,在对矿石性质研究的基础上,针对其矿石组分复杂、性质不稳定及原矿中磁黄铁矿含量高且还原性强的特点,试验研究确定了最佳试验条件及采用铅锌优先浮选—锌粗精矿再磨的浮选工艺流程.最终闭路试验获得了铅精矿铅品位为46.86%、铅回收率为73.84%,锌精矿锌品位为49.29%、锌回收率为84.72%的工艺指标.全流程闭路试验结果表明:该工艺流程操作方便,指标稳定,各有价金属回收率高,达到了综合回收该矿石的目的.%In order to recycle a carbon-containing high-sulfur lead-zinc complex polymetallic ore,on the basis of the study on the ore properties,it is characterized by complex ore components,unstable prop-erties and high pyrite content in the ore,the best experimental conditions and the flotation process using lead and zinc preferential flotation-zinc coarse concentrate regrinding were determined by experimental study.Via closed circuit experiment,lead concentrate with grade of lead 46.86%,recovery rate of 73.84% and zinc concentrate grade of zinc 49.29%,recovery rate of 84.72%were obtained.The result of complete closed circuit experiment proved that this process was convenient for operation,the flotation index was stable and the recovery rates of valuable metals were high,so the objective of the ore compre-hensive recovery was achieved.
