智利北部某极难选氧化铜尾矿回收工艺研究

     

摘要

Copper grade of a copper tailings is about 1.83%in Copiapo area in north Chile,which oxidation rate is about 90%and contains 2.1 g/t gold.Qualified copper concentrate could not be obtained by using conventional sulphide flotation and direct flotation.In order to effectively utilize the tailings re-source,comparison test between sulphide flotation and direct flotation,wide-range adjustment test of col-lectors dosage,reagents combination of direct flotation were carried out on the basis of researching the ore properties.The results showed that copper concentrate with copper grade of 31.10%,copper recovery rate of 82.07%,gold grade of 24 g/t,gold recovery rate of 52.92%was obtained and the index was better via direct flotation using Y-89,butyl xanthate,Z200 three reagents combination.The direct flotation new process without sulphide reagents combination could provide useful reference for the similar copper tail-ings in north Chile.%智利北部科皮亚波地区某铜尾矿铜品位约1.83%、氧化率约90%、含金2.1 g/t,在采用常规硫化浮选和直接浮选工艺均无法获得合格铜精矿的情况下,为了有效利用该尾矿资源,在对其矿石性质研究的基础上,同时进行了硫化与直接浮选对比试验研究、捕收剂用量大范围调整试验和直接浮选药剂组合对比试验.试验结果表明:通过采用Y-89、丁黄、硫氨脂(Z200)3种药剂组合直接浮选,试验获得了铜精矿铜品位为31.10%,铜回收率为82.07%,铜精矿金含量为24 g/t,金回收率为52.92%的较好指标;该无硫化药剂组合直接浮选新工艺可为回收利用智利北部类似铜尾矿提供有益参考.
