攀钢矿业公司石灰石采场开采境界方案比选

摘要

攀钢矿业公司石灰石采场位于苏铁保护区红线范围内,被要求逐步退出保护区范围.结合当前开采境界和生产实际,提出开采原境界内纯P1Y5矿、开采P1Y5矿和部分P1Y3矿、开采东采场P1Y3矿并放弃部分P1Y5矿3个方案,并对各方案境界内圈定的矿石量、岩石量进行核算,对边坡坐落层位及边坡稳定性进行验算,从矿石量、岩石量、剥采比、边坡稳定性、开采经济性5个方面进行对比优选,最终选定开采原境界内纯P1Y5矿方案作为境界优化调整的最优方案,从而实现在有限的开采年限前提下,最大限度地利用当前开采境界内的优质矿石资源,降低采场剥采比,提高开采经济性.%Limestone stope of Panzhihua Steel Group Mining Company is located in the red line of cycads protected area,the mining activities should be withdrawn from the protected area.Based on the mining boundary and production practice results,three mining schemes such as mining the pure P1Y5ore-body in the original boundary,mining P1Y5ore-body and part of P1Y3ore-body,mining P1Y3ore-body in the east stope and giving up the part of P1Y5ore-body are proposed.The ore reserves and rock reserves in the mining boundary of the above three schemes are calculated,besides that,the level of slope and slope stability are analyzed,besides that,the above three schemes are selected from the aspects of ore quantity, rock quantity,stripping ratio,slope stability and mining economic.The optimization selection results show that the scheme about mining the pure P1Y5ore-body in the original boundary is superior to others,it is helpful for making full use of the mineral resources with high quality in the current mining boundary,re-ducing stope stripping ratio and improving mining economic under the premise of limited mining service life.
