在经济向高质量阶段发展的新时代,发展绿色矿业、建设绿色矿山是落实十九大精神、开创生态国土新境界的重要举措,也是缓解我国资源约束矛盾、减轻环境污染、提高资源利用效率和提升经济效率的有效手段.介绍了国家以及地方政府在绿色矿山建设方面出台的政策法规、不同行业矿山企业在绿色矿山建设的积极探索,提出了现阶段我国矿山转型面临的生态环境约束紧、技术创新难度大和管理模式转变滞后等问题,并从发挥标准化技术委员会作用、建立绿色矿山标准体系以及研制相关技术、管理标准3个方面提出了建议."标准化"手段为绿色矿山建设提供有效保障.%In the new era of economic development with high quality,development of green mining and construction of green mine is the important measures of the implementation of the 1 9th congress spirit of the communist party of China and creation of new realm of geological land,besides that,it is also the effective method of alleviating the resource constraint contradiction in our county,reducing the environ-mental pollution,improving resources utilization rate and economic efficiency.The policies and regulations related to green mine construction developed by central government and local governments in our county are discussed,and the positive study results related to green mine construction of the mine enterprises of different fields are analyzed.The existing problems such as strictly restriction of geological environment, technological innovation difficult and management mode transition lagging of the mine transformation de-velopment in our county are summarized.Some related valuable suggestions such as playing the role of standardization technical committee,establishing the standard system of green mine to study some relate technologies and management standards are given.The study results show that effective guarantee of green mine construction can be provided by "standardization"means.
