下肢深静脉血栓的超声检查与CT静脉造影检查对照分析

摘要

Objective To analyze the diagnostic accuracy of ultrasound and CT angiography in the diagnosis of lower extremity deep venous thrombosis. Methods 52 cases of lower extremity deep venous thrombosis were diagnosed by ultra-sonography in the hospitalized patients of our hospital, CT angiography was performed in 52 patients at the same time.The exam-ination results of the two methods were analyzed statistically by Chi square test, and the diagnostic accuracy of the two methods were compared and analyzed. Results Through the comparative analysis of 52 cases of LEDVT examination confirmed that ultrasound and intravenous angiography in the diagnosis of LEDVT in a high degree of consistency, ultrasound diagnostic accu-racy rate was close to 100.0%. Conclusion Ultrasonography can diagnose LEDVT accurately, and can observe the nature, range and thrombus stage, may be the first choice for clinical diagnosis of LEDVT.%目的：分析超声和CT静脉造影两种方法对下肢深静脉血栓（LEDVT）的诊断准确性。方法选取我科住院患者中经超声检查诊断为下肢静脉血栓的患者52例，52例患者同时行CT静脉造影检查，将两种检查方法的检查结果采用χ2检验进行统计学分析，对照分析两种检查方法的诊断准确性。结果通过对52例LEDVT检查的比较分析证实超声与CT静脉造影在诊断LEDVT中高度一致，超声的诊断准确率接近100.0%。结论超声检查可以准确的诊断LEDVT，并能观察血栓的性质、范围及血栓分期，可做为临床诊断LEDVT的首选方法。
