针对塔式起重机标准节主弦杆原材料的尺寸差异和焊接后尺寸收缩的问题,设计出一种通过手工工装点焊后再利用机器人自动焊接的方法。其焊接工装采用预留焊接变形量及浮动压紧的方式,以保证主弦杆焊接后尺寸要求。实际使用表明,此焊接方法对保证主弦杆尺寸,提高产品的一致性(满足互换性要求),提高产品的外观质量,提高生产效率有重要的意义。%In view of the tower crane standard section of the main rod raw material size difference and after welding size shrinkage problem ,this paper designs a new way of manual spot welding following automatic welding . Welding tooling uses the reserved amount of welding deformation and floating compression way to make sure the main chord's size requirements after welding. The practical use shows that this welding method has an important significance on ensuring the main rod's size, improving product consistency (meet the requirements of interchangeability), and improving the quality of the appearance of products and production efficiency.
