目的 探讨HMTS-80过氧化氢等离子低温灭菌系统在手术室中的应用效果,并与甲醛熏蒸灭菌法、环氧乙烷(EO)灭菌法进行比较.方法 2008年3-5月,采用熏蒸器灭菌法完成87台共2160件手术器械灭菌,采用EO灭菌法完成92台共2862件手术器械灭菌(108个灭菌循环),采用过氧化氢等离子低温灭菌法完成532台手术共165个循环共2612件手术器械灭菌.对比3种灭菌方法消耗的时间、灭菌相关耗材成本以及医护人员的满意度.结果 HMTS-80过氧化氢等离子低温灭菌系统灭菌时间最短,医护人员的满意度最高,灭菌相关耗材成本明显低于EO灭菌法.结论 HMTS-80过氧化氢等离子低温灭菌系统具有快速、安全、环保、灭菌效果可靠、对物品损伤小、节省费用和适用范围广的优点,具有较高的经济和社会价值.%Objective It is to approach the applying effects of HMTS - 80 low-temperature hydrogen peroxide plasma sterilization system in operation. and compare with formalin fumigation method and ethylene oxide sterilization method. Methods 87 units with 2 160 surgical accomplish instruments sterilization were accomplished by formalin fumigation method, 92 units with 2 862 surgical instruments sterilization ( 108 sterilization cycles ) were accomplished by ethylene oxide sterilization method. 532 units with 2 612 surgical instruments ( 165 sterilization cycles ) were accomplished by low-temperature hydrogen peroxide plasma sterilization method. The time consuming, the related material sterilization costing, and the satisfaction of medical and nursing staff with three kinds of sterilization method were compared. Results The time consuming of HTMS - 80 low-temperature hydrogen peroxide plasma sterilization system was shortest, and surgery medical staff was most satisfied, and the costs of sterilization related consumable were significantly lower than that of ethylene oxide. Conclusion HMTS - 80 low-temperature hydrogen peroxide plasma sterilization system has the quick and safe , environmentally , friendly sterilization efficacy , less damage to the goods. saving costs and benefits applicable to a wide range, and has a high economic and social value.
