Objective It is to investigate the clearance of hrHPV after LEEP for high-grade squamous intraepithelial lesions and it's relationship to CD4 + T cell. Methods A retrospective study was conducted on 120 patients who underwent LEEP for high grade squamous intraepithelial lesions. Results Among those who were hrHPV infected before LEEP, the clearance rate of hrHPV was 81. 82% , 90. 91% , 94. 55% and 96. 36% after 6 months' , 12 months' , 18 months' and 24 months' treatment respectively. The positive expression rate of CD4 + T cell in hrHPV infected cases was 37. 84% . The clearance of hrHPV in the cases whose expression of CD4 + T cell was positive was higher than that of the other cases. Conclusion hrHPV mainly disappear in two years after LEEP, and T cells immune may has a relationship with this clearance of hrHPV.%目的 探讨CD4+T细胞与宫颈高度鳞状上皮内病变锥切后高危型乳头瘤病毒(hrHPV)消退的关系.方法 对因宫颈高度鳞状上皮内病变行宫颈电环切除术120例患者的随访资料进行回顾性分析.结果 术前hrHPV的阳性率为91.67%,术后6,12,18,24个月hrHPV清除率分别为81.82%,90.91%,94.55%,96.36%,术前hrHPV阳性者CD4+T细胞的表达率为37.84%,术后6个月CD4+T细胞阳性者hrHPV消除率显著高于CD4+T细胞阴性者.结论 宫颈电环切除术后2a hrHPV基本消退,T细胞免疫可能与术后hrHPV的消退有关系.
