缺血性脑卒中患者血清尿酸水平与脑微出血的相关性分析

         

摘要

目的:探讨缺血性脑卒中患者血清尿酸( UA)水平与脑微出血的相关性。方法选取住院急性缺血性脑卒中患者145例,依据颅脑磁共振T2加权梯度回波序列和磁敏感序列检出脑微出血情况将患者分为脑微出血组和无脑微出血组,记录所有患者的年龄、性别、吸烟史、受教育年限、高血压、糖尿病、房颤、短暂性脑缺血发作等情况,入院后测患者的空腹血糖、TC、TG、LDL-C、HDL-C、血清同型半胱氨酸及尿酸水平。采用Logistic回归分析研究各指标和脑微出血的相关性。结果脑微出血组56例,无脑微出血组89例。脑微出血组患者年龄大于无脑微出血组(P<0.05),血清尿酸水平显著高于无脑微出血组(P 均<0.05)。多因素Logistic回归分析显示血清尿酸水平增高和高血压是缺血性脑卒中患者发生脑微出血的危险因素。结论血清尿酸水平增高和高血压是缺血性脑卒中患者发生脑微出血的危险因素。%Objective It is to investigate the correlation between serum uric acid ( UA) and cerebral microbleeds ( CMBs) in patients with cerebral ischemic stroke.Methods A total of 145 cases of in-patients with acute cerebral ischemic stroke were selected and divided into CMB group and non-CMB group according to the results detected by brain magnetic resonance with T2-weighted gradient-echo sequence and magnetic sensitive sequence.The patients were recorded for general information in-cluding age, gender, smoking history, education level, hypertension, diabetes, atrial fibrillation, transient ischemic attack, etc., and were detected after admission for fasting blood glucose, TC, TG, LDL-C, HDL-C, serum homocysteine and uric acid.Logistic regression was used to analyze the correlation between each index and CMBs.Results There were 56 cases in the CMB group while 89 cases in the non-CMB group.Patients'age was larger in the CMB group than that in the non-CMB group (P<0.05), while average serum uric acid were significantly higher in the CMB group than that in the non-CMB group (P<0.05).Multivariable Logistic regression analysis revealed that the increasing of serum uric acid was the independent risk factor of patients with ischemic stroke to develop cerebral microbleeds (all P<0.05).Conclusions Increasing of serum uric acid and hypertension are the independent risk factors of occurrence of cerebral microbleeds in patients with ischemic stroke.
