Objective It is to observe the effect of Erlongzuoci pill and Fucong Tongmai Kaiqiao acupuncture in treating nervous deafness and tinnitus patients and its influence on serum nitric oxide (NO) and connexin 26 (Connexin26).Methods 112 patients with nervous deafness and tinnitus were randomly divided into 2 groups, 56 cases were treated with Erlongzuoci pill in the control group , and 56 patients were treated with Erlongzuoci pill and Fucong Tongmai Kaiqiao in the study group , all patients were treated for 4 consecutive weeks in the two groups .The audiometric value and tinnitus score were recorded be-fore and after treatment in the two groups , and the clinical curative effect of deafness and tinnitus in the two groups were ana -lyzed, the serum NO and Connexin 26 levels were measured before and after treatment in the two groups .Results After treat-ment, the audiometry value and tinnitus score of the two groups were significantly lower than those before treatment (all P<0. 05), and the study group was significantly lower than that of control group (P<0.05);the total effective rate of deafness and tinnitus in the study group was significantly higher than that in the control group (P<0.05);the levels of NO and Connexin26 in the two groups were significantly higher than those before treatment (all P<0.05), and the study group was significantly higher than that of the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion Erlongzuoci pill and Fucong Tongmai Kaiqiao acupuncture can markedly elevate serum NO and Connexin 26 levels in treating nervous deafness and tinnitus , it is more effective .%目的 观察耳聋左慈丸合复聪通脉开窍针刺法治疗神经性耳聋耳鸣疗效及对患者血清一氧化氮(NO)、连接蛋白26(Connexin26)的影响.方法 将112例神经性耳聋耳鸣患者随机分为2组,对照组56例应用耳聋左慈丸治疗,研究组56例应用耳聋左慈丸合复聪通脉开窍针刺法治疗,2组均连续治疗4周.记录2组治疗前后测听值和耳鸣评分,统计2组治疗后耳聋和耳鸣临床疗效,检测2组治疗前后血清NO和Connexin26水平.结果 治疗后,2组电测听值和耳鸣评分均较治疗前显著降低(P均<0.05),且研究组显著低于对照组(P均<0.05);研究组耳聋和耳鸣临床治疗总有效率显著高于对照组(P均<0.05);2组NO和Connexin26水平均较治疗前显著升高(P均<0.05),且研究组均显著高于对照组(P均<0.05).结论 耳聋左慈丸合复聪通脉开窍针刺法治疗神经性耳聋耳鸣能明显升高血清NO和Connexin26水平,疗效显著.
